Chris was inspired to pursue counselling after years of teaching, coaching, and supporting others in both
creative and health-related fields.
As an audio engineering instructor and personal trainer, he found the
greatest fulfillment in listening, problem-solving, and collaborating with people to help them grow. Wanting
to make a deeper and lasting impact, he began his Master’s in Counselling Psychology and now offers
affordable counselling with a sliding scale option.
His approach to counselling is rooted in Adlerian, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive Behavioural
therapies. Chris believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and he is dedicated to helping
clients cultivate awareness, self-acceptance, and practical tools to enhance their quality of life. Clients can
expect a counselling space grounded in collaboration, patience, and curiosity where resilience and agency are
emphasized.
Chris works with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and finding
direction in life. He also values creativity as a part of healing, whether that be helping clients connect with
their own creative side as a form of self-expression, or using creative strategies together in therapy to explore
new perspectives and solutions.
Chris’s goal is to support each person in building the tools and confidence they need to create meaningful,
lasting change in their lives.
